As noted during the sale, all orders placed during the promotion officially began production on May 26th, and we have been actively printing and working through the queue ever since.
Orders are processed in the order they were received to keep things fair for everyone. If Rush Processing or Rush Shipping was not purchased at checkout, your order will continue moving through our standard production queue.
Please note that our turnaround times are estimates and may extend beyond the posted turnaround time due to high order volume, equipment maintenance, supply delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we always do our best to stay within our estimated timeframe, we appreciate your patience and understanding should additional time be needed.
Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information. Please keep in mind that tracking can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update after carrier pickup, and occasionally won't show movement until it reaches the next shipping hub.
