Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a printing issue, contact us within 3 business days of receiving it. We’ll be happy to look into it and make it right if a mistake was made on our end.

Exchanges, Returns 
We currently do not accept any exchange or returns at this time.

Refunds
All Sales are final. We have a no refund or cancellation policy. 

Turn around Time

All orders for viral sales are up to 20-25 business days depending on how many orders we receive

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Wholesale orders are processed in 4-7 business days depending on how large order is.

Orders placed after hours or on non-business days/hours will begin processing the next business day.
