1. How long will my order take?

Due to the high volume of orders from our viral sale, current turnaround time is up to 20 business days before shipment. Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

2. What do I need to provide when ordering?

You must provide a print-ready file or logo. Basic resizing is included, but design services are not included in the sale. If you need a logo created or recreated, design services are available for an additional fee.

3. How do the sticker sale stickers come?

Our viral sale stickers are printed and shipped in rolls or strips and are not individually cut and stacked. They are intended for business promotions, packaging, and giveaways.

4. Can I combine multiple designs or place multiple orders?

The viral sale is limited to 2 orders per customer and a maximum of 2 files/designs per order. Additional designs or quantities may require a custom quote.

5. Can I cancel, change, or rush my order?

Orders may only be canceled or changed before production begins. Once production starts, all sales are final. Rush service may be available for an additional fee, depending on our current production schedule.

6. Are banners hemmed and grommeted?

Yes! Unless otherwise noted, banners include hemming and grommets and arrive ready to hang. Banner sizes and specifications are listed on each product page. 🍑
