Thank you for your order! Due to the overwhelming response to our viral sticker sale and banner, please review the following shipping information before purchasing.

Processing Time

  • All viral sale orders are custom printed to order.

  • Current turnaround time is up to 20 - 25 business days before shipment.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Processing times may vary depending on order volume and may extend

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS (when applicable)

Carrier selection is determined by package size, weight, and destination.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow carriers time to scan packages into their system.

  • Tracking updates may not appear immediately and can take 24–48 hours after pickup.

Multiple Orders

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Placing multiple orders does not move an order ahead in the production queue.

  • Viral sale orders are limited to 2 orders per customer.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Delivery Delays

Once an order leaves our facility, delivery times are determined by the carrier.
We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Mechanical issues

  • Routing delays

  • Peak holiday shipping periods

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery or expected delivery date so we can assist with filing a carrier claim.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

  • Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final after production starts.
